Kerry Shook

President of Woodlands Seminary

Kerry Shook founded Woodlands Church with his wife Chris in 1993. Since then it has become a multi-site church with over 18,000 in average attendance every weekend. Kerry and Chris are co-authors of the New York Times best-sellers One Month to Live and Be the Message. Kerry and Chris have four children- Ryan, Josh, Megan, and Steven.

Kjell Axel Johanson

Dean Emeritus of Woodlands Seminary

Kjell Axel received most of his training in France and the USA. He has worked in theological education and leadership training in the Evangelical Free Church of Sweden, planted a contemporary church and was the senior pastor of Elimkyrkan (Elim Church) in Stockholm. He is married to Vivi-Ann and they have two daughters.

Mark Miller

Associate Dean of Woodlands Seminary

Mark has been in ministry for over 18 years, and is passionate about developing young leaders to influence the world for Jesus. Mark coached soccer for eight years through a ministry called Sports Quest, and has been at Woodlands Church as the Executive Student Pastor for the past 16 years. Mark is married to Jenny, and they have four boys.

Neal Mabry

Dean of Student Affairs

Neal has been on staff at Woodlands Church since 2009. During his time at Woodlands Church, he has served as a Worship Pastor, Pastor of Teams, and is a founding member of the seminary team. He recently finished his Masters in Business Administration at Sam Houston. He is married to Rachel, and they have three kids.
